We are working with local groups/employers to build 18-20 affordable housing options for locally-employed persons.

The affordable housing residences will be sited on the north side of the community and will not allow overnight accommodations (short term/vacation rentals).

Water, sewer, gas and electricity will be available for each lot. Water and sewer services will be provided by the San Juan Spanish Valley Special Service District (SJSVSSD).

The CC&Rs (which are being developed) will govern the community and establish a cohesive approach to architectural and landscape designs. The “desert modern” architectural theme will apply to all structures (residences, clubhouse, lodge) to create a community with a consistent look and feel that will ensure value for individual property owners.

The community will implement water-wise and dark sky standards.

The architectural standards will likely pursue a look that we have created in a couple of communities we’ve developed in the St. George (Utah) area:
